system implementations. He has travelled extensively in the USA
researching retail operations methodologies across the country. Mike
built and ran the business change centre for one of the UK's leading high
street retail chains.
having taken early “semi retirement”, Mike has built a cabinet making
machine shop and, when not consulting, spends many a relaxing hour
producing fine hardwood furniture.
