Mick is a
very experienced business architect and business change management
specialist. He has a vast amount of cross industry experience having
worked in engineering, finance, retail, insurance, telecoms and the
automotive industries.
His
extensive experience as a business architect on a number of change
programmes for blue chip clients led to the invention and development of
an enterprise wide business change framework, the
Wedge Framework®, in 1995. He has since applied
this framework and the techniques within it at a number of well known
companies across the retail, automotive and telecoms sectors.
Mick is
an extremely adept visual business modeller. He uses these skills to
great effect to communicate concepts and ideas that both business and
technical people can relate to thus providing that vital bridge between
the two groups.
Mick has
an honours degree in engineering and some 18 years IT and business process
design experience. Prior to this he spent 7 years in engineering roles at
sea in the UK merchant navy and underground with the National Coal Board.
For
relaxation Mick runs, preferably off-road and ideally in the hills or
mountains. The stamina that comes from this is applied to his
work. Mick manages to be delivery focussed without abandoning his
principles of producing quality results for his clients. |
