Matthew is a seasoned Management Consultant with eighteen years’ experience in business strategy implementation, via customer proposition design and project management.  He specialises in designing and delivering customer facing processes, most notably in retail banking and other service sector organisations.  He also has recent experience in business development within the FTSE 100 environment.

After an initial career as a fighter pilot, Matthew worked on major projects for a number of UK retail banks and building societies, before joining CSC Computer Sciences, where he worked on high profile projects with major clients throughout Europe in a number of industry sectors.

He then worked as an independent consultant with a number of blue-chip organisations, mainly on new business projects in retail banking, plus several start-up  ventures.  

Matthew is married with two young sons. For relaxation he swims, runs and reads.
