has over 30 years of cross industry experience in IT management,
outsourcing, major business re-engineering programmes, project management,
service management, line management and business management. John is one
of the most experienced change and system deliverers having managed 150 computer systems projects
and eight major change programmes.
He has provided a range of
outsourcing management and advice to companies in the retail, computing
technology, banking, utilities, auto, aerospace, and healthcare sectors.
John has helped organisations make
effective use of IT in principles and practices, from strategic
architecture design to operational improvements, from organisation design
to the management of change.
John’s education both in
Computational Mathematics and Sociology has given him a strong foundation
in the practices of Computer Science and Management Science.
John’s recent experience has been
in the world of e-business delivering the funds supermarket at one of the
UK's top internet banks, and
internet services for other clients. He was responsible for creating Cap
Gemini’s framework architecture.
He now operates via John Molson Ltd.
