has over 17 years of experience in the Technology industry
primarily in the arenas of delivering professional services, IT
service delivery and high-level, multi-million dollar
consulting assignments. His technical expertise includes
Technology Rightsizing, IT Needs Assessment, Full Project
Lifecycle, Specifications Documentation, and Technical
Troubleshooting. This experience is augmented by proven skills
in Team Leadership, Business Change Management, Operations
Improvement, Strategic Business Planning and the ability to
implement technology solutions while considering the impact it
has on the bigger business.
In
addition to his proven ability to deliver critical projects,
Deepu is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, holds an MBA in
Global Business and is PMP and CSM certified. He has a history
of bringing together teams to drive project success, can step
into challenging situations before implementing immediate
solutions, and is skilled in working with all levels,
communicating highly technical aspects to all relevant parties.
Deepu
offers a decisive and focused leadership style, a sound
understanding of continued process improvement initiatives and
the ability to maintain project momentum. He has functional
experience in the Financial Services world and is passionate

Deepu
is an avid sports fan, especially soccer, golf and cricket. He
is also a regular hiker and enjoys travelling with his family
