Ania
is a very experienced consultant and practitioner in business change
management and business architecture. She has worked in a wide range of
industries and market sectors such as telecommunications, retail,
automotive, logistics and distribution, manufacturing, sales and
marketing, usually facilitating vision and strategy formulation,
developing high level plans for the change programmes, building business
process, data and business scenario models for development and business
testing.
Over
the years Ania has developed a particular interest in the development and
implementation of change management frameworks and in the development and
management of business processes in continuously changing environments.
Key to this is ensuring that the company’s culture, values and systems
are capable of reacting to the changes required of them together with the
integration, alignment and coordination of all changes that are taking
place in a business
A
significant business change assignment was the re-engineering of the application development department, of the UK sales and marketing arm of
a global motor manufacturer, into a
process based business solutions function based on the
Wedge framework.
In
addition to co-founding Business Change Management Ltd Ania also owns
Business Process Management Ltd a business process consultancy.
Earlier she spent many years as a consultant working for Logica, CSC
Computer Sciences Ltd and Redfern Consultancy Ltd.
In
her free time Ania enjoys studying medieval history, astrophysics and
research medicine. She also loves the theatre.
